DBI’s website may not be hotshot compared to some of the competition, but this is a reliable company with an established history.
International orders are placed by telephone or through filling and faxing an order form available from their site. DBI offers all the standard payment methods, plus PayPal for good measure.
They also publish a free Delaware Incorporation Handbook, available in PDF format from their website after giving your e-mail address (expect an occasional informational e-mail message, as sent to customers).

As a footnote, the fact that they don’t charge exorbitant prices seems to have led to the formation of online resellers, which shall remain unnamed, who put on a visually more modern face on DBI’s services and expect you to pay up for the “added value”. These are not themselves official registered agents, so if you’re interested in what DBI has to offer, I’d recommend dealing with DBI directly.
