International Minimum Package

The Minimum Package is defined as the lowest price an international customer can form an LLC, and includes:

• all the paperwork for forming your LLC
• all state filing fees
• the first year of registered agent service
• shipping and handling to an international destination per lowest-cost option (typically Priority Mail)

International Standard Package

The Standard Package, as I define it, includes everything from the Minimum Package, plus:

• Corporate Kit with:
  • forms to create your Minutes and Bylaws or Operating Agreement
  • forms to perform major business transactions
  • stock certificates or membership certificates for a LLC
  • company seal
• Certificate of Good Standing and Apostille, necessary for opening a bank account
• shipping and handling to an international destination via FedEx
